Personal Information We Collect
We believe in privacy by design. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from our users. You can use our Services with the peace of mind that your data stays entirely on your device. We do not track your usage, nor do we use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that harvest your data.
Facial Data and Cloud Processing for Physiological Metrics
To provide our heart rate and respiratory rate estimation features, our App utilizes Transdermal Optical Imaging (TOI) technology.
⚪︎ Automatic Deletion: Once the health metrics are generated, the raw facial image/video data is permanently deleted from our servers within [e.g., 24 hours / immediately]. We only store the resulting numerical data (the heart rate/respiratory results) in your account.
Information You Provide to Us
We do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to use our Services. Our App does not include features that prompt you to input or upload your name, contact details, physical characteristics, or any other personal data.

We do not automatically collect any personal information when you use our Services.

To be in control of your personal data, you have the following rights:
Accessing / reviewing / updating / correcting your personal data. You have the right to review, edit, or change the personal data that you had previously provided to us in the profile section of the App. If you would like to receive a copy of the data we process, please send us a data access request.
Deleting your personal data. You can request erasure of your personal data, as permitted by law. When you request deletion of your personal data, we will use reasonable efforts to honor your request. In some cases we may be legally required to keep some of the data for a certain time; in such event, we will fulfill your request after we have complied with our obligations.

Age Limitation
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under 13. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to the App. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this App or through any of its features. Do not provide any information about yourself, including your email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will erase that information as quickly as possible.
