CyberNex Networks Limited ("CyberNex", “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile application.

We do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to use our Services. Our App does not include features that prompt you to input or upload your name, contact details, physical characteristics, or any other personal data.

1. Information We Access

CyberNex integrates with Apple Health through Apple’s HealthKit framework.

With your permission, CyberNex may read the following health data:

• Heart Rate
• Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

This data is used solely to display wellness insights and trends within the app.

CyberNex does not collect, store, or transmit this health data to external servers.

CyberNex does not transfer any health data or personal information outside your device or to any international servers. All processing occurs locally on your device.

All health data remains stored securely on your device and in Apple Health.

2. How We Use Health Data

Health data accessed from Apple Health is used only for the following purposes:

• Displaying heart rate and HRV metrics
• Generating personal wellness trend charts
• Providing educational wellness insights

CyberNex does not use health data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

The app does not perform medical diagnosis or clinical monitoring.

3. Health Data Permissions

Access to Apple Health data is completely optional.

You can:

• Grant or revoke permissions at any time through the Apple Health app
• Control which types of data CyberNex can access

If permission is not granted, certain features of the app may not function.

4. Purpose of Each Permission

To comply with platform requirements, we provide a clear explanation of how each HealthKit permission is used:

• Heart Rate — Used to generate heart rate trends and wellness insights.
• Heart Rate Variability (HRV) — Used to generate HRV trends and wellness insights.

All permissions are optional. Declining a permission only affects the related feature.

5. Data Storage

CyberNex does not maintain external databases containing user health data.

Health data accessed by the app:

• stays on your device
• is managed by Apple Health
• is protected by Apple's system-level privacy and security safeguards

6. Data Retention

We do not store, retain, or back up any health data on our servers. All health data remains exclusively on your device under Apple Health’s management. If you revoke permissions, CyberNex will no longer have access to that data.

7. Data Sharing

CyberNex does not sell, share, or disclose your health data to third parties.

Health data accessed through Apple Health is never shared with advertisers, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

8. Information Collected Automatically

We do not automatically collect any personal information when you use our Services.

• Other Personal Information and Data: We do not automatically collect any personal data (including device identifiers, IP addresses, or HealthKit data). Such information is processed only upon your explicit authorization and solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your data will not be used for any commercial purposes nor shared with any third parties.
• No Cookies or Tracking: We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies to profile your behavior or store your preferences on our servers.

9. Other Personal Information We Collect

Aside from the health data you explicitly authorize, CyberNex does not collect:

• Device information (such as model or OS version)
• Usage analytics
• Network information (such as IP address)
• Location data
• Any other personally identifiable information

If future features require additional data, we will request your explicit consent before collecting it.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You may manage or revoke data permissions at any time:

• Go to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices
• Select Our App
• Disable any data categories you no longer wish to share

You may also delete your health data directly in the Apple Health app. CyberNex does not store any copies of your data.

11. Third-Party Services

CyberNex does not rely on third-party services to process health data.

Any health information accessed through Apple Health remains within Apple’s secure ecosystem.

12. Children’s Privacy

CyberNex is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
